Amanda Morgan Blundy

ATTORNEY

Amanda Blundy is an accomplished attorney with over 15 years of experience in construction defect law. Amanda received her undergraduate degrees from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Political Science.  She then went on to received her Juris Doctor in 2004 from the Villanova University School of Law, where she served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable George A. Pagano of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.  

Amanda began her legal career working for a large regional insurance defense firm, where she focused primarily on construction defect law in Charleston, South Carolina.

Amanda’s practice involves representing property owners and homeowners associations in claims against developers, general contractors, subcontractors and product manufacturers involving construction problems and damages.  Amanda is admitted to practice before all courts in South Carolina, the United States District Court of South Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Amanda has chaired the South Carolina Bar’s Torts and Insurance Section, planning and speaking at the annual South Carolina Bar Convention to lawyers throughout the state.

Amanda’s expertise in construction defect law has earned her recognition in the legal community. She has been named a Rising Star in Litigation in South Carolina.

Amanda and her husband, Chris, live in Charleston with their two children, James and Wyatt.
